Administrative Law - Liquor Licensing:Our office can assist with Administrative Law matters including liquor licensing for all counties in the State of Hawaii including the City and County of Honolulu, County of Maui, County of Hawaii and County of Kauai. The Liquor Licensing matters generally include the following:
We have handled various types of liquor licensing clients including international hotel companies, large national retailers, international airlines along with Hawaii based restaurants, retail stores, wedding operations and liquor dispenser operations. Our office has worked with the liquor agencies of all counties in the State of Hawaii along with other government agencies relating to the liquor license process including the State of Hawaii Department of Health, State of Hawaii Department of Taxation, Internal Revenue Service and the County permitting and building approval agencies. We have over ten (10) years of experience in handling liquor licensing matters and Robert Ueoka has served as a speaker on various liquor licensing topics at conferences and seminars, and he has appeared before all the county liquor agencies.
Administrative Law - Business Immigration:We specialize in complex business immigration cases including employment and investment visas and applications for Lawful Permanent Residence (Green Cards) for business professionals and individuals. We also assist clients with Form I-9 Audits by the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and audits by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) along with similar audits and investigations regarding the immigration status of employees. |
